Catnap Cattery

A great cattery. Caring and friendly staff, various spacious enclosures to select from, and enrichment is provided in the form of high platforms, hiding spaces and bird aviaries (at a safe and comfortable distance for the birds of course). I will definitely be boarding my cats here in the future, when we are able to holiday again.

Our kitten Fyn stayed at Catnap Cattery for three weeks and during that time, the staff always replied to my messages and assured me that Fyn was happy and healthy. Thank you so much!

Amazing owner, the staff are delightful.Facilities are out of this world, like nothing you’ve ever seen. It’s so much better than most animal accomodation I’ve ever seen, with competitive prices and 8 options of rooms for your cat to stay in.

This is a terrible cattery and I am glad I haven’t sent my cat there. The environment is not clean and some of the cages cover with dust and fur. I picked the cage looks ok for the coming Xmas period and they sent me messages for deposit. I asked if they can send this request to my email with any cancellation policy and they said yes. But they didn’t take the action for 2 weeks then I call them and ask if it is ok to send me the request via email for easy track and keep a record. They said yes again but they said they sent the email but the email bounced back. I suggested that you can send me your email address and I can send a hello message then we can continue on the convo. They stop replying me again for another 2 weeks so I have to call them again. I just expressed my concerns that the team is not stay on the top of everything and I need to follow up with them guess what did they do. They cancelled my booking and hang up my call. Poor customer service and hope everyone consider this cattery carefully for they pets.

My DV caseworker arranged for my 2 cats to stay while I was living in a hotel, then after a couple of weeks I was told by the caseworker that they had to go because this business said they don't deal with organisations" and nobody elaborated on this

Super nice..it almost felt like our cat didnt want to come home.. she enjoyed her stay well.. It is a very nice place managed by passionate people.

By far the best experience with catnap cattery, I was very hesitant to leave my cat in a cattery as leaving your babies can be so overwhelming but from the moment we dropped him off I was so at ease.they were welcoming and so great with our cat dexter, Jess was absolutely amazing and can’t thank her enough for checking in on our baby, sending through photos and dealing with my phone calls everyday to check in. and when it came to picking our cat up she even got everything ready for us for a smooth transition to home. Thankyou so much for taking such good care of dexter and being so supportive with my anxiety about leaving my baby for the first time.
