Very helpful with helping me purchase ugg boots as a gift today. So happy went back and bought myself a pair. Good advice and customer service.

i usually come and buy my crocs from this shop, but after today I will not… working at Hillary’s Boat Harbour is not an easy job, I would know as I work here myself; but that does not make it acceptable to take it out on the customers. i will admit, I was looking around for quite a while, but that is because I am an indecisive buyer… the more time I took to choose what I wanted the more passive aggressive the worker got, and the more uncomfortable the situation was. She then picked up the phone and started voicing how the customers are driving her crazy… then when I chose what I wanted she states with a blank face, ‘so after all that, you just got one thing?’… I didn’t know what to say, she then stared at me with judgement. To finish it off she then randomly started talking about how I’m lucky they don’t check bags at their store… insinuating that I had stolen? I then said ‘you can check my bag if you want’… she then smeared the fakest smile she could whip up and said ‘all good’. I was left with an uncomfortable and guilty feeling that I had done something wrong, when I was just minding my own business. That is not how you treat customers.

The owner of the business is great, I had problem with my shoe and she helped me out! I would 100% recommended everyone without hesitation and will keep shopping there!

this is hands down my favourite shop at Hillarys, the owners are so helpful, and so friendly! any time ive come in they love to have a little chat and offer help instantly. i always leave this place with a smile on my face and it will forever be my favourite store. everything in this shop is such good quality, great price, and i will be coming in more often.
