Short and rude on the phone and rushed me through my placement of the order and my additional requests for a proper invoice. Did not feel secure in the placement of the order or the overall attention to detail due to the hurried nature of the associate I spoke with over the phone. Was hung up on and felt like this was not a priority by any means to this florist..very bad feeling once I was done doing business with this florist and still uncertain about what will come of my order going out soon.
