Stay away from this guy. He has no word of honor. Setting up appointment but not showing up. Not just once but about 3 times. No notice at all that he won't be coming. Concreting done about 3 months after making the deposit. Won't refund the money. Did the concreting but sand underneath the concrete eroding. Won't fix the problem. It's a nightmare working with Rhys.
