I had been calling around looking for somewhere for my 3 teenagers to begin their Gym journey in a safe/encouraging environment, almost gave up until I spoke to Sam & Megan here at CrossFit. They were so helpful, accomodating, engaging, encouraging, and even educated me on the best options for them.. My children are excited to go 4 day a week, thriving, loving their new fitness journey with a wonderful network of people to help build their confidence and self esteem. We are so happy we found this place.

I visit a lot of crossfits due to my work and I must admit this is the most welcoming and friendly box I have visited. Being in Adelaide over 6 months this became a second home. Coaches are great at working with all skill levels and experience. THANK YOU :)

Before joining CFNA, I'd never set foot inside a gym. A year later, I've challenged myself in ways I never thought I could and have drastically improved my fitness thanks to the support of a knowledgeable and committed coaching staff, plus a wonderful community. Can't speak highly enough of this place.

By far the best looking CrossFit box in Adelaide. CFNA is the place to be. I couldn’t think of a better way to start my day! Sam’s morning classes are the best and I cannot fault the programming. All the coaches are amazing. They take the time to teach you and keep you motivated. Hands down the best community. Members are so supportive and inclusive of each other. There’s no other place I’d rather be.
