I have gone to Michael to help me achieve various fitness goals over the years. Every time with great success.Michael has coached me through an extensive running program which helped me complete the Melbourne Marathon. Injuries along the way were no issue as my program was altered to ensure I maintained my fitness while unable to run.My physical and mental health has significantly improved directly from the help and support that Michael has provided over the years. I have been working with Michael for almost 2 years. When I was 1st introduced to Michael, I was looking down the prospect of having back surgery. Michael set up my fitness programed based off the equipment I had at home and my injuries at the time. Michael is more than just the standard PT, even though his knowledge in this area is extreme he backs this knowledge up with a qualification as a Physiotherapist.To be honest I could bang on for ages about how Michael as made me feel better and look better through his programs. Yes you need be committed in doing the work, but Michael is there every step of the way to guide you and support you. He will adapt the program to support your level and what your comfortable in doing. So if you a person who has their own home Gym, or you like going to the gym or even if you want to set a goal to run a marathon, it doesn't matter as Michael has you covered to support your goals in fitness, through his online training platform.Give it a go, you wont be disappointed.

I have been working with Michael for nearly 2 years now! Michael has been there for me consistently during different stages of my health and fitness journey, from helping me recover/train with a broken foot, to gaining confidence in the gym, preparing to run a half marathon and gaining strength I never thought possible. I was a cardio junkie prior to working with Michael, I followed no plan and would just thrash myself running or doing HIT. I now follow a structured plan that is based on my goals and I LOVE IT! Michael is full of knowledge and is a pleasure to work with and just chat too, I highly recommend Michael to anyone who is looking to get strong, feel great and smash some goals!!

I can't speak highly enough of Michael.When I returned to regular weight training after a long hiatus, I wasn't sure where I should begin. I quickly got bored of performing the same old routine, and decided to try one of Michael's personalised training programs.It was fantastic, Michael curated a great variety of exercises along with the exact number of reps and sets I should be performing.Since signing up, I've been able to develop impressive strength gains without the headache of having to organise my own program.Regardless of whether you're getting into the gym for the first time, returning after a break, or you're already training regularly, I'd highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to add variety and structure to their workouts.

About 10 weeks in now, it’s been so good so far, really efficient and very thorough onboarding process with extensive information provided. Michael tailored my programs to suit exactly what I was chasing and I’ve really enjoyed completing the training. The app is really simple to work with and really detailed exercise descriptions including well shot video tutorials for every exercise prescribed. Michael’s programs have suited me perfectly, no fuss, tailored and consistent! I would highly recommend Michael to anyone who is keen to start training!

Before I started with Michael almost 2 years ago, I was struggling with a clear direction of what was required to achieve my goals efficiently. A big problem was finding accurate information and trying to sift through what was hype vs. what actually works.The uncertainty in my training and lack of structure lead to frustration and wasted time, which should have been used to focus on benefiting other areas of my life.What I continue to enjoy most about working with Michael is knowing I’m in safe hands and the information/program received is backed from years of study and tested processes. Michael’s coaching takes away the guessing game and gives me peace of mind knowing I only have to stick to the program, do what I’m told and I’ll achieve my goal. I also enjoy Michael being able to tell me the hard truths instead of just what I want to hear.The online platform and app seems to provide the right balance of coaching and freedom. Michael understands life is for living and while the overall process is designed to keep me motivated and on track, there’s sufficient freedom so the process becomes a lifestyle rather than a short term challenge.The phone app allows me to log everything I need as it happens so I don’t forget to do it later. The short video for every prescribed exercise provides clear instructions. In my first 9 weeks with Michael I shredded 8.5kg while still increasing my strength and improving my running speed. I’ve now been with Michael for almost 2 years and continue to tick of my goals and achieve personal bests.I’ve also noticed a positive change in my relationship, confidence and overall health. Since working with Michael, I’ve been doing my gym program for over a year now…Unheard of! The best thing about working with Michael is his knowledge. He always has the answers to all my questions in regard to my running and my weights program. Using the app is easy. He explains things so clearly. My latest goal was getting my body strong and resilient for a marathon. I ended up training towards it for 12 months due to Covid pushing the event date back and stayed completely injury-free. From never running more than 5 km in my life to running a marathon in the space of 12 months I finished the marathon physically STRONG. I never felt like my body was too tired or needed to stop. For anyone else thinking of working with Michael, Just Do it. He is the best.
