Terrible service. No care given to live plants and won't take responsibility or compensate even when THEIR OWN pallet racking collapses in transit, causing damage to hundreds of $$ worth to our stock.

TERRIBLE. Not only they aren't fast, turns out they dont even attempt to deliver and take the goods directly to their depot which happens to be an hour away and at my responsability to pick up... how are they in business? if in fact they call themselves a business. DONT even try calling them.

service is terrible. Ladies in office have no idea whats going on or how to help and the guys out the back that are supposed to help are rude af. not good at all - nearly made me pay double freight just because they can

Plant transport, really difficult place to get into, plus they tie down on the wrong side due to difficult loading.
