Empathetic professional and exceptionally helpful staff. We went in the middle of the night due to a puppy emergency but rather than rushing us to procedure they gave us good information and want to look out for saving us at least almost a thousand dollars. Thank you so much team ARH.

Great, caring staff. Shout out to nurse Cleo who helped us when my puppy had a bee sting. Genuine honesty in their diagnosis and comforting in their knowledge. Highly recommended if you need help after hours for your furry friends.

Absolutely appalling place. Went to the clinic as our dog starting limping. After spending 1 hour 40 mins in the clinic, they couldn’t locate an external injury to the paw of my dog and gave us all possible reasons for limping ranging from a broken bone to allergy reaction. We requested the doctor to do a thorough check-up on the paw as we felt the pain was localised, she couldn’t find other that it been red. Prescribed him steroid drugs instead for 15 days. Didnt even bother to so a x-ray. We returned home and gave the dog the medicine and then did a gentle checkup of the limping arm, only to FIND a small cut under the paw with redness around. Vet couldn’t locate it in 1 hour 40 mins the pet was there for. We applied betadine and he started recovering post that but the steroid made the dog lethargic for 2 days and he wasn’t normal - it shouldn’t have been prescribed. We stopped giving him the drug immediately. Imagine if we would have given it for 15 days as prescribed. All in all, this was a mis-diagnosis, poor quality treatment and the vet also came across as inexperienced and self-contradictory while providing treatment plan. A small injury should have been captured at the vet. The vet name is Dr. Kathy Tang. When I raised this complaint with the clinic, they took many days to respond to this. When they responded, they said the Vet did everything right. How can they say when they were not able to find a external (visible) wound? Clinic director Sebastian called to challenge me and again said nothing can be done even after providing pictures. I found him highly insensitive. Its nothing more than a commercially driven clinic. Please please stay away from here. I am highly disappointed that they can get away with mis-tratreatment so easily. I feel helpless

The team at ARH were professional and friendly. We had called up earlier to ask for advice, which the staff were more than happy to give. From the moment we walked in the door the staff were so happy and really engaged with us. Considering it is an emergency hospital and there was plenty going on, we were served and seen to very quickly. The Dr gave us an estimate on prices for our treatment options before making any decisions. Overall experience was extremely positive and our mischievous german shepherd is back to his happy self!

Excellent care, explanation and patience from Dr. Jess, she's a real gem with dogs and take time to give you detailed information. She also took the time to speak slowly as English is not my native language, which is not always the case everywhere! Thank you for soothing my dog's pain !

Outstanding care and support. I called the after hours number and spoke with the wonderful, highly attentive and understanding Kaliah. Due to the acute concerns I had mentioned, Kaliah promptly referred to Dr Cherry, seeking a veterinarian’s prognosis. AMAZING ! 10/10 - highly recommend !

Extremely impressed by the care and compassion shown by the vet and nursing staff. We were extremely distressed about our cat being injured, and the staff comforted us and gave us options for treatment. They were extremely transparent about the cost and need for the treatments and presented us with multiple options. Thank you so much!

Not so long ago I attended this hospital when my cat Milo was hit by a car and sadly we had to make the decision to have him pass over.I was shocked, upset and in a world of pain. All the staff that took care of Milo, myself and my family were so kind, caring and professional. We were all a complete mess and their guidance and care really helped all of us.
