Arrogant & worst mechanic I have ever seen in my life. (Please read full)Sateesh (he is a manager over there) asked me a whopping amount ($ 2,000) for fixing of my car starting problem.& When I asked him for a little bit discount then he told me in a very rude manner,“Listen, I am not interested in working on your car,” wow! what a style of dealing with your customers.Anyhow, I paid that amount & he fixed some fuel issues, as he told me this starting problem is because of engine is not getting adequate fuel.After he fixed that problem, I drove only 3 times (only 20-25 kms in total) & car had exactly same problem again. It was not starting!!! When I called him, then he told me this is because of EGR or fuel injector issues & it would cost you around $3000-$4000 dollars. So, man what did you fix for $2000….???In addition to that you cannot argue with Sateesh because he will say I fixed A, B, C & D, now the same problem came due to E…what a pathetic & worst mechanic….After that I went to one honest & reliable mechanic & he told me the problem is because of ‘Fuel Filter Housing Kit’ & he bought that kit only for $290 & he fixed it at very minimal labour cost & from that day my car never stopped while driving & always starting on first ignition.But I am going now to Fair trading to launch a complaint against Sateesh & will try to recover my money.Never go guys, Larke Hoskins SsangYong, 188-196 Parramatta Rd, Homebush NSW 2140.Be aware of them if you do not want to be cheated!

Hello, I would like to share my experiences with you. Zaid gave me my wife and our little son a very friendly welcome and was incredibly nice to us. All questions about the vehicle were answered very competently and friendly. Zaid is a very professional, honest friendly person. A test drive was also possible directly and he took a lot of time for us so that we could really examine every little thing on the car. There was also a warranty for 3 years even though it was a used car. Since we are new to Australia, he even took the time to check the car insurance with us and offered us help with the transaction. I am very happy to have come to you and felt very well looked after there. This is now my first week in Australia (we are immigrants from Germany) and I have to say the level of professionalism in this dealership is on par with that in Germany. All in all I am very satisfied and will of course come back in the future for service(they have a car service by side)and our next car.

Went into the showroom ready to buy the Korando AWD. Zedd was unprofessional in his attitude and sounded like he was doing me a favour by doing a trade in for my existing car. Sure my civic may look its age but he almost ridiculed how my car looked simply because the paint was chipped in a few places. Moreover, when I told him I’ll get back on the Korando by Monday, he was like, “I can’t wait! I need an answer now!” I’m not offended on what he may have meant but how he sounded in his tone. Did he even realise he was speaking to a potential customer? Is he a salesman for real? Zedd needs to fix his attitude before he aims for another sales commission! Bitterly disappointed in Ssangyong! Glad I didn’t put any $$ in!

I had great assistance from Zaid at Larke Hoskins. He was very patient dealing with my (difficult) novated leading company, great communication, excellent service. Would recommend!

Ive recently purchased a Musso from Larke Hoskins HomeBush. Zaid is polite and very knowledgeable. Was great dealing with a Sales person that didn’t pressure we into a purchase but was still more than happy to answer all of my questions.The service team were prompt in fitting all my accessories whilst making sure their attention to detail was spot on. After a pretty dismal experience at a rival dealership, we travelled a bit further afield and popped in to be greeted warmly by Zaid. Profession, courteous, and very friendly, he made the whole process from first view through to car pick up seamless, and the best experience ever in buying a car. And there have been a few over the years.Can not recommend highly enough!!!That, and we believe our Rexton Ultimate has to be the ultimate sleeper in its category and totally under rated. What a great car! Pity more don’t know about them.

After 100s of calls and leaving the vehicle many times to get it fixed nothing has been done. The service centre blames everything on ssangyong and still don't know what the issue is. Still waiting for a call from the dealer to get it fixed.Sales was perfect but service is zero Stars . Disappointed to say the least.

Do not leave a deposit with this dealership you won’t get it back and they will lie about the dates you will receive your car. Ordered a Musso early last year was told it would be in by May to June 2022 and I had to leave a deposit. Left $500 and the date kept getting pushed back. By the time it finally came in it was September and I had already purchased one from another dealership. I emailed Zaid about my $500 deposit he asked for a copy of the receipt and my bank details so I gave him that and told me he would speak to his manager the next morning and since then nothing. I have tried emailing and emailing and he just ignores me. I will now have to take the matter further but do not trust their arrival dates and don’t give them any money before your car is ready to pick up.
