Ordered pork and crispy pork skin rice bowl, need more pork, didn't like the crispy skin. Order bao buns they were alright again didn't like the crispy pork skin. Banh mi roll had better more salad then meat.

Disappointing experience.I was standing there for 10min while my food was all ready and packed sitting on bench. I asked twice if that was my food and ready they said No it’s not but it was.We ordered quite a lot and they forgot to pack 3 items. Lucky I checked in car before driving away and went back to ask them for the missing items, while they gave me the missing items but there was no apology for getting order wrong or for the inconvenience.Also see in picture how the dumplings were packed.Bao was very dry. It had a little sauce in one corner and the bun was flaking. Bao buns are meant to be moist not flakey.I understand the place is busy but the staff working there are not welcoming at all. They all seem to have attitude - may be that’s the vide they are going for? Won’t be going back anytime soon for sure.

This place used to be good albeit expensive for vietnamese but now it is just expensive and disappointing. Todays banh mi was stale with barely any filling and the chicken ribs were dry. Their menu seems to get stingier and stingier with protein and sauce, from now I would rather just drive further to any viet bakery to get a cheaper, decent banh mi.

Super dry, overcooked meat in all dishes. The meat in the lemongrass beef noodle dish was particularly bad, highlighting lack of care to their food. Poorly cut. Super grizzy. Dry. Horrid tasting. Very bad quality food overall, wouldn't recommend.

I’m Vietnamese and alway likes supporting Viet food. I have had a quick order for lunch on Monday around 1:45pm lunch time . Customer service is fail including blunt question, unfriendly approach, begging for smile, especially uhappy when I asked about the price of the BBH bowl because it looked confused, staff offered no polite gesture to a 38w pregnant lady like me. I needed to lean overthe counter to touch and pay. It was a Viet staff that I was talking about. Although she served my bowl of BBH shortlylater but again no thank you or goodbye, starring at me is all she did. One younger Caucasian staff was nice enough to offer me a tray and lid because the soup was hot. Food was fair, you won’t get a true BBH here. Valley Roll’d treated me way better than this one here at Garden city.

This business advertises and promotes fresh ingredients, fresh rolls for their bahn mi when in reality they are using day old or maybe even two days old bread where you can tell its warmed up and used. Have advised the manager several times to which it has fallen on deaf ears. I now go to another place within Garden City that sells better and more satisfying bahn mi and love that they use fresh rolls every time I visit. No more Roll'd for me, my family and friends. I GIVE ZERO STARS.

Today around about 3 o’clock I went and order some soldiers, I was served by the young girl with red hair, she had lovely customer service and was all round happy and such a delight. Will recommend, and 100 percent go again

First. The food item is missing a crucial ingredient. One that was in the same item I bought 2 days ago in another town. The pink paste, fish or something. Missing.Second, it weight as much as a small chips, not much substance to the entire thing.There is like 2 sprigs of coriander, another crucial ingredient skimped on.I asked if I could add lemon grass, another crucial ingredient. And they said no sorry, we only have flavoring. That should of warned me off from the start.

I bought 2 rice paper rolls yesterday afternoon around 4pm when eating them I thought they tasted a little strange but though maybe because I had tried them from here yet. It was the only thing I ate that afternoon because not long after I felt a lil off in the stomach by that night I knew I’d ended up with food poising from them and have been extremely sick for the last 24 hours.

The banh mi's are alright, although they do not contain a large quantity of ingredients and also lack in flavour. Despite this, the soft, slightly toasted baguette rolls used for the banh mi's are greatly appreciated, as I am personally not a fan of the overly crispy rolls which some other places offer, and the lemongrass beef is very tender but does lack in flavour. The service is pretty standard, the atmosphere is great, and the design of the store is very sleek and modern as well which is excellent.
