Called crossroads with a open query on getting my tyres replaced at short notice and no firm arrival time. The team there were fantastic with being flexible and provide great advice. In the end didn't end up getting the tyres replaced but would happily do so if I needed

12 months ago to the day we came to this business in urgently of a new tyre which they replaced and fitted. 12 months on practically to the day we are doing the same trip and urgently needed someone to replace the bearings on our drums on the wheels of our caravan. Everyone we rang said they were too busy! Not this business they fitted us in with my husband removing the drums two at a time from the van and taking them in. Thank you so very much as we can now continue on our trip knowing our wheels are not going to seize up.

Heard these lousy buggers won't fill gas bottles cause they were from Victoria as the gas bottles may have covid 19 on them. When all this is over I hope people remember how they looked after fellow Australians.

In Bourke, 900kms from home with a flat tyre, no spare and no mobile signal(courtesy of Telstra!). This tyre service provided really excellent service and had us on our way in 30mins for $35. Lovely people too. Thanks.

Absolutely rude ! Un country like ! Arrived at 5 min to 5pm closing time. Refused to fix a puncture on a tyre for me ! This made me have to stay overnight at the hotel, took 20 min in the morning to fix, Unhelpful, unfriendly!

I needed to change a tire that I had to buy as a temporary spare the day before. The tire was purchased at another store but Crossroads swapped it for the correct tire at no cost. And they were really pleasant to deal with! Highly recommended.

Phoned from interstate, no one else available in the area, they waitted for 4 hours for us to get there, changed spare 2 new tyres wheels and balanced at a very good price including call out fee. Had the same tyres that i run , more then happy recommend this company, for service , price and friendliness.
