Second time getting my nails done with Lilian. She’s so amazing and sweet. Not only that but she makes sure you’re fully happy with your nails before you leave her salon. Highly highly recommend her!!

Her comments, attitude, vibe and feeling like a battle to get what I wanted, is the reason I wouldn’t return.For example; it started off with removing my old set and her attempting to convince me to get colour on my natural nails as they had grown out, however I know they’re weak and likely to snap off. After some time of going back and forth, she trimmed them and put on acrylic tips.Multiple times, she commented that my nail beds are thin but proceeded to file them down even more…I wanted mint green for the tips but the colour closest to it was a bit darker than I was after, so I asked if it could be lightened and there was a sigh of frustration from her. She eventually tried to lighten it by mixing it with white, but it turned to a light blue. So went back to the initial green colour and she repeatedly commented, “I told you, it’s like colour in the picture but you don’t listen” (however, it’s obviously not). This was disappointing as a photo was sent prior to the appointment asking if she had the colours I wanted, which the reply to was, I have everything".For someone with 26 years experience

My mum and I always come to Lilians, she is always worth the drive and never disappoints! She never rushes like experiences you may get at other nail salons. She always takes her time and makes sure you leave satisfied! She truly does have a passion for nails and nail art!:)))

Lillian is AMAZING!! She always does an amazing job. I never go home feeling disappointed. Fair price. I highly recommend her.
