she did a good job except i have patches everywhere i have a septum piercing she could’ve asked me to flip it up so she could do my nose except didn’t so have a big patch, nothing was blended properly lashes are no where near my lash line. i’m disappointed.

Went in to get my eyebrows threaded, it had been over a year, I cried a tiny bit.But the staff were very gentle, the store Has plenty of space so my son wasn't crammed in the corner with his stroller.And they have loyalty cards which will save me money after 5 eyebrow visits.Will definitely be going back.

Let me preface by saying thay I've been to this place (melton woodgrove branch) for waxing multiple times - both when its super busy and also when it is quiet. Clearly they know what to do which is why i've been a repeat customer. I have no issue with the services, happy to wait when asked, but i do take umbrage at the owner's attitude. There have been multiple instances when she just barges in asking the practitioner to work faster / ask them how much more time it'll take without as much as an apology /knock (granted there is only a curtain but there are better ways to manage) but I've chalked it up to managing a busy salon and her being in a rush. But i think it was one step too far today. I was getting my legs waxed and wanted my arms done next when she barged in and asked the practioner to just leave my service as it is (i.e. half done) as there was a client with an appointment who had to be attended to. Again, i have no issues with waiting / going back later HAD IT BEEN COMMUNICATED! The practioner was just told to leave me be as I was a walk-in customer without an appointment. Walk-in customers dont get charged less, nor are they dregs of the earth! The owner seriously needs to take lessons in communication, learn to take a breath and be polite and adjust their attitude considering the industry they are in!!!

I love going here - all the ladies are really nice but the best one for me has been Shaqufta, she not only did exactly what I requested but she was always makes sure I'm happy before I leave and if for some reason I feel that something needs changing she is always happy ro Change it

I go there for my eyebrows and I always look for Shagufta because she is the best I don’t have to explain anything to her she know very well what to do with my eyebrows.

I had a lash extension removal & lash lift & tint and eyebrow tint today with Shreya. She did a fantastic job and was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend her & fabulous beauty. She had great advice as well on mascara’s.

I had the relaxing facial and head massage today at the melton branch and it was amazing my skin/hair looks/feels so much better. It is definitely worth the money. I would recommend this service to anyone needing some relaxing time.
