Very disappointed with this conveyancing service, which came highly recommended. I had a glitch in my finance for the purchase of my home, which presented itself surprisingly and on the day it was due. I asked the conveyancer to contact the real estate agents to request an extension on my finance as I knew I could sort it out within 24 hours. She would not do this but insisted I get a decline letter from the bank (who offered me a loan I did not want to accept) and in so doing said the agents would put the property was put back on the market immediately, which they did, and so I lost it (and I did get the finance sorted out the very next day with my own bank - as I knew I would) but it was too late. I feel very let down.I thought I was the customer, but it seemed that the conveyancer was looking after the vendor rather than me, the client. I am still reeling from the shock and the loss.
