Drive Off Alert

I am glad you are sorry, after I was sent a letter from Vic Police asking me to identify the driver of a vehicle that was not mine or face summons to court, loss of licence, fines and up to two years imprisonment. After dealing with the police on the matter I then get called in to the operators desk at your service station on the corner of Ferntree Gully Road and Commercial Road Ferntree Gully and told in front of 5 other customers my vehicle was involved in a fuel drive off and I must prepay in order to get fuel. Why should I have to go through that or have to go into the station and try to explain your Apps mistake in order to buy fuel.To compound the issue from your end you admitted to Cranbourne Police that you knew the number plates had been doctored on the vehicle in the drive off photo, yet you still black listed my registration number. As I said in my earlier post below, you need to take responsibility for ethically training your staff and apply some due diligence prior to risking innocent people having to explain to the Police why they should not be prosecuted or having to go through the embarrassment of being refused fuel without prepay in front of other customers after being called into the shop over the stations PA system.. Then you need to go and push whatever buttons you need to push to remove my registration number from your system immediately, not expect me to wait 24 hours.The worst point is that you knew" the vehicle involved in the drive off had falsified plates

This application is great to use. ANPR (Automated number plate recognition) system. We find it very useful and user friendly. Highly Recommended.Great to see support from Mal.Awesome work 10/10

We use the app at approx 35 of our locations and have found it most beneficial in minimising drive offs & failure to pays. I would recommend the app to anyone who wants to have better control their forecourt. One of the key benefits is the ability to see if a vehicle has committed an offence at another location.

I work as a console operator and I feel very secure and confident when the drive off app is next to my console. It’s connected to differ state databases that tell wether rego plates r real, falsified or any drive off history in the past. Though it’s manual, believe me it’s practical and it works. I prevented many potential drive offs. With this app, You can turn off pump with reliable info so that we don’t have awkward situation with the Customer. Really like this app and happily recommend to all servos.

It's a real good tool to save ourselves from fuel theft. It's also a very good tool to identifying repeat customers and provide better service

The app is very good to stop drive offs and recover the driven offs. The money from customers who fail to pay could also be recovered. Overall the app subscription pays for itself plus gives a peace of mind!!! Thanks Mal.
