Pure Social

I have had Pure Social run advertising on social media in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne. In each case the response was 5 times more effective than the TV campaigns that ran at the same time. The demographic they reach in the social media is different from the TV. The ability to change the content daily means the effectiveness can be monitored by the change in response during the campaign. I would like to see a better breakdown on the spend after the campaign, even so I would still highly recommend Pure Social.

Pure Social have a fantastic insight into the world of social media and how it should be harnessed for the benefit of their clients. They have done ours for a while now and the strategic approach is powerfully beneficial. They are great to deal with and are helping us get to where we need to be.

It was my first time using a social media management service for Facebook. After many disappointing paid google services I came across pure social and found them to be a genuine business.Although I will not boast large returns or massive success, I do know that for the money I paid and being locked into a 6 month contract in my mind was very good value. It was refreshing because I had giving up all hope that any of these types of services were even anything but a scam.I reckon I found a genuine local.I think these guys are trying to provide a good service.They were extremely down to earth and very professional and had a lot of patience with me and knew exactly what my business needed from day 1. Their communications were brilliant, their results was extremely great value. I dealt with Nich and his team did their jobs so well especially their execution of every part of their work.

I loved working with the team at Pure Social. They were able to increase my current audience by using creative posts on both instagram and facebook. They made my life much easier as I could just send through any media I had and they would link it all together and make it look better than anything I could do myself. Super grateful and I will be using them again in the future.

Pure Social has been running our social media for a while now and I cannot rate them highly enough. Customer service is 10/10 and the quality of work they do is fantastic. If you are looking for a company to manage your social media or wanting to increase your online presence, I strongly recommend trying them.

Be careful signing with a company like this or any company that provides a service, please be sure you are happy with them before signing. They will take money from you even if you are not happy with them. What I wanted from this company was completely different to the service (or lack of) that they provided me. There is no cooling off period with them, they will lock you in and keep taking hundreds of $$$ off you, even when you have requested them not to several times. This company has no morals. The reply they have written below is not accurate. I left meetings to be available for them to contact me but they didn't reply.

I found the posts to be regular and on-target. They utilised my services as a key marketing tool along with relevant wording in their posts. Great to have regular posting to rely on.
