1. You can’t sit and use your computer2. There’s no wifi3. You can only use their computer for 45 minutes4. They insist you leave as soon as 45min are up5. At the same time, they seem to be completely fine with kids running and screamingWould give zero stars if I could

The best! Very friendly staff and helpful. I love the quiet corner where u can work or read. Printing jobs are available but a bit pricy. JP are available on selected hours always call to make sure that they are present.

A fantastic communal place. The library itself just servers the purpose, but the other function rooms hold many activities.Only the WiFi does not work very well.

Pennant Hills Library
Great place to study for exams. It's usually very quiet (except for when they hold events for children and an hour or so after school), offers plenty of wide private seating and has plenty of plugs for laptops. Wifi is pretty decent too.

Pennant Hills Library
We went to Pennant Hills library as the one we usually go is under construction. It is a lovely library with plenty of books for children and adults. It has a variety of books in different languages too! There is a car park outside the building and if one couldn't find a parking spot, you can drive over to the shopping village which is just across the Ramsay street.

+ Easily accessible via train and bus (only between a 1-5 minute walk from the station/stop).+ Comfortable atmosphere.+ Super nice personnel.+ Free WIFI (which isn't even slow).+ Easy access to electricity.+ Lots of space per spot at the tables.+ Quiet Study area.- The quit" area isn't quiet anymore when the students sit down in groups after school and talk loudly.- The library is quite small

Easily accessible by public transport and easy parking. The library is not big but with good selections and you can reserve online for books from other libraries to be brought here. Friendly staff. Programs like 1000 Books Before School and summer reading club encourage kids to read.

If was just up to service this would get five out of five stars. They are all exceedingly helpful and friendly.Only issue is parking and noise at end of school time. The parking is because this is part of a community Centre and if there are classes on the lot is full. Also I think sometimes it is used as a general parking lot for the shops around the library meaning library patrons cant park there.The noise at end of school cant be avoided as this happens with every library. But most people are curteous and not too bad. Just check the times you will be there.Great place and an essential part of the community. I would love to see this place grow.
