Sandy was AMAZING!! I booked an appointment impulsively because i was sick if seeing the state my hair was in. And let me tell you, Sandy absolutely transformed my hair. She explained to me the little bits and pieces that may cause issues with the colour but she pulled through and my hair looks gorgeous. The staff there are so nice. Definitely coming back there for my next touch up!

This was my first time visiting K thomas hair and beauty, and as soon as I stepped into the room I felt welcomed. I had to bring my little 3yr old with me, and was very anxious about it so I brought along my mum to help. But after the warm welcome and the beautiful interactions that they each had with my son especially Sam who went above and beyond to ensure he felt welcomed and happy, I won't feel like I need to bring my mum next time. Sam did such an amazing job with my haircut and was so welcoming and really made me feel at home. After having some pretty terrible experiences and awful haircuts I'm so happy that I came here and had the lovely Sam cutting my hair. I can't wait to come back again!!! And will definitely be recommending Sam as a hairdresser!!!!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being pampered by Kushla and Piper, two very kind and wonderful apprentices. My every need was catered for and I felt so at peace with these lovely ladies.The end result was amazing, I always go into a salon with a bit of nerves as I never usually leave fully satisfied with the end result or the cost. K & Thomas have extremely reasonable pricing and the staff are always smiling and check in on everyone whether you’re their client for the day or not.Such a lovely work environment which makes for a relaxing day.A big thank you to all the team at K & Thomas, you’re wonderful!

I had my hair perm done on Saturday with the thought of good reviews on google and the posts on social media. As soon as I walked into the store, I didn’t have a good vibe already. The main hairdresser, Sam greeted me with cold vibe. I sat down in the chair as instructed, Sam advised with my long hair I have to cut layers to hold my curls up and I agreed with smile. Sandy then offered me drink and biscuits. When there’s regular customers came in, Sam greeted with big smile and have chitchat with them. To me, in the retail industries, it’s very important you provide great customer service to all the customers, especially if you want to grow the business and sustain new customers. At this time I have fully dropped my smile and positive attitude. When Sam was curling my hair, she had no smile at all and spay the water over my face and my shoulders were wet, but yet no apologise nor offering towels. Halfway through my hair perm process, the salon run out of the materials which then I had to wait until the materials arrived. After finally getting my hair done, my hair was still wet and being told that it is normal to have wet hair after the perm…..then Sam try to offer me products and asked one of staff members to finish my check out. They were going to charge me $550! The staff member asked if I was quoted and I said no. She then went to ask Sam and the price came down to $480. I then didn’t buy the product and paid $400 for this unpleasant experience. I will never go back again and definitely will tell people around me about my experience and the salon’s reputation.

Great experience! Had both Chole and Sammi look after me and they were great!! Chloe made me feel welcomed and comfortable, she made the experience very enjoyable. Sammie was an expert just a couple snips and I felt like a new woman. Overall a great team! Very happy

k thomas salon has such amazing service, the coffee was amazing! i just got my hair washed and blow dried and it looked so healthy and felt amazing after. the head message was absolutely perfect felt so relaxed, there team was so happy and bubbly and made the experience so lovely. definitely will be going.

Highly recommend Sam and her team. Sam helped me out for my wedding 6/5/23 with only a week notice for myself and 5 bridesmaids to get our hair styled. Not only was her team lovely , they were all so professional and did a great job on all of us. Sam made sure she did the final touches on everyone before we all left just to makeSure we all looked perfect. I absolutely loved my hair. Thank you , sam and the team!!

My daughter had her hair ripped out of her scalp. The hairdresser was rude and clearly in a bad mood and did not talk or act caring. My daughters scalp is now very painful. When I called the salon whoever answered could not have been ruder. Disgusting treatment. Also asked if my daughter was an Indian....wt.Be warned.
