Very caring staff..Darrin who is the manager there has been most helpful and cares for his residents..a lot of activity to do for the residents if they want to join in..

The unit I was visiting had 3 bedrooms, lounge/dining room, kitchen, area to put table and chairs if you wanted. Bathroom and separate toilet. Covered BBQ out door area and manageable back yard.

Pleasant surrounds, Botanical in name, may lead you to believe its along the lines of the nearby Botanical Gardens, its not. Plenty of grassed areas, and the gardens are well maintained featuring plants that are common enough to most peoples home gardens.

Lovely community spirit, neighbours look out for each other without being nosy: Can be brought Freehold; not to many Retirement Villages that you can: Most are Leasehold: Leasehold is encouraged here but buyer can buy Freehold - Own title. There are many activities if you wish to participate.
