I purchased 20 kilo of kindling firewood from this place.After paying and receiving the wood, I noticed it seemed quite light weight, so I weighed it at home and it was only 10 kilo.I complained about this to them and the manager refused to rectify it.Looks like this service station is out to cheat it's customers!

This is the most useless place on the planet. The company treats their staff so poorly - the POS system always fails leaving the poor staff to deal with 10 plus customers and no ability to take their money. Only one machine and it fails all the time. Typical of this company - don’t care about staff or customers. Don’t waste your time

On 21/4/2019 time between 4pm to 5pm . I asked about fuel prices and membership discounts, the person who received my phone was so rude and ignorant. He put off my call before ending the conversation. I tried to call back but never picked my call. It is really disgusting. They really don’t care . Would not recommend anyone to become a member. I am new member and wanted to k ow more about fuel and how it works. The management has to look into this and talk with that person . He doesn’t deserve the job there.

Self serve joint as mostly all are except a few places that are left that come out and serve you. ie Caltex main and Montrose Rd do.

Very good customer service every single time. Indian guys here, you rock!Those who are complaining about bad fuel, i have used this pump so many times with no issues. And you cannot put the staff down just because the issues with your own car. Also, the staff is not responible in case of bad fuel supplied to petrol station.

Lady behind the counter is too busy being on her phone whilst trying to serve you that she doesn’t make eye contact or hardly speak. Very poor customer service. Also why is staff parked at door every single morning. Staff should leave these parks for customers who may require easy access. Very inconsiderate.
