Promed has been a professional, positive experience everytime l've had an appointment. I was very lucky to be referred to them - especially with being able to see Raechel the owner, she has been so thorough with what can possibly assist me with my foot injury - post surgery 2nd time round & has given me hope again - with the high tech treatments- shockwave therapy, l'm slowly feeling positive feedback from my foot/brain - therefore functionality improving. All the staff at Promed are wonderful - if you have a foot issue l can only recommend PROMED !!

It might be a good idea for the clinic to advise clients in advance (who have an Extended Care Plan and Private Health as well) that they could stillbe out of pocket. For example a Pensioner was out of pocket $48.00 when the total cost was $98.00. The service was also not worth $98.00.

Definitely the best Podiatrist on the coast. They bend over backwards to accommodate clients and the level of professionalism exceptional from podiatrists to reception staff. I've been going there for more than 10 years and nothing but the best treatment.
