Well - where do I start? Waited ages for our coffees and then they forgot to bring our cakes. No apologies when we reminded them. Got a take away pastry which took over 30 minutes to come and also needed a reminder. Again… no apology.Lady in the photo serving is a rude piece of work and has the loudest voice complaining about customers with other staff behind the counter, shaking her head and rolling her eyes. If you’re going to complain about us who pay your wage… please do it when the doors are closed. Wouldn’t come back based purely on that.

Food all came out super yummy, we had 5 different menu items.Coffee was delicious and we were all a little snobby with coffee - REALLY good!Staff were bubbly with country town warmth.

Nice venue with friendly staff. Food was tasty but quite overpriced for what you get. $15 for a ham and cheese toastie is excessive. They also charge a 20% public holiday surcharge on top of that, so keep that in mind.

Great coffee and great food, If you are in the area please pop in and meet the owners Gabe and Jim. This is fantastic location with a beautiful garden, I had a chicken schnitzel burger and they had fat chips. Well done!!!

Cosy cafe in the beautiful town of Loch. Yummy treats and good coffee n chai. The staff were friendly and cheerful. You need to go to the front counter to order. The food and drinks arrived quickly And they have a fireplace to keep it cosy in the cold of winter. Recommended

Good variety of food and coffee. Pricing is standard to this type of establishment. Service was good and attentive without being exceptional. Significant negative given that the main client base are travelers on the way back home to the Surburbs or escaping same was the appalling condition of their toilets . Seats broken, probably not cleaned for a number days . Dangerous and unhealthy. Understand your market and cater for it properly and what you do well will look exceptional

Coffee lovely . Staff pleasant. Asked if cake was fresh and informed it was delivered day before so yes. Absolutely not. Expensive and tasteless. This is not the first time. Taste the food you are serving. Going out for coffee and cake is a luxury.
