Pearl nails and beauty

I recently went to get my nails done here, I didn’t have wait too long which was good. The worker Lyn started doing my nails, hardly said anything to me but kept talking to the other employees. She started using the device that files the top of the nail, instead doing it carefully, she was sooo rough that she filed my finger causing it to bleed. Seriously stung. All I wanted was an apology, she didn’t even say anything, she just started putting this weird green thing on the open wound. You would think she would be more gentle afterwards but she wasn’t. She was very rude and reserved.Not going back

Not friendly service. Very cold. I smiled and tried to be polite and the girl was not friendly at all. She seemed to be the one in charge. Mid length hair.I had a pedicure and she clipped my cuticle on big toe and it bled and really stung and she just ignored it and said nothing. I immediately told her it really hurt so no more cutting my cuticles. She just sneered. I also caught a itchy foot skin infection as my foot started insanely itching where she had been pumicing it that evening. Days later the skin had broken down to a hole. I could not walk on my foot due to soreness. I knew I had caught something from Pearl pedicure as I know that is where she scrubbed my feet with pumice stone is where infection started. I still have it 4 weeks later.I can supply photos, date and receipts.I had to buy betadine as was suggested by chemist as the skin was bloody. I am still applying fungal ointment as my feet are both still very itchy and they are both peeling. I have never had any foot issues at all until I had the pedicure.I need to report it to the centre management as they are definitely not working within the health regulation sanitary guidelines.Seems that the staff do not care and are extremely complacent. There appears to be alot of unsatisfactory complaints for this place as well.100% VERY DISAPPOINTED & UNSATISFACTORY. Paid $75 for a pedicure and for my adult sons first male manicure which was also disappointing as the girl never even looked or spoke to him. I have been to nail salons all my life. This experience made is feel abused.

NOOO no NOOOOO !Do not go here!!!Wanted an eyebrow wax. Asked for a clean, keep same shape. Thanks to JENNY, who waxed half my eyebrows off. Literally. Left me with at least 1.5cm of missing brows and the thinnest in the world. The worst I’ve ever had.Hopeless, unprofessional, untrained and a tax evading business. No eftpos machine. Your options are a PayPal transfer or cash.Spend a little extra and go to The Beauty Base. You won’t be living out your worst nightmare of someone waxing your eyebrows off.

Got my pedicure done yesterday. Worst service. Lady who attended me did not speak a single word to me and she hardly looked at my foot other then while cleaning the cuticles. She was looking outside and talking to her colleagues and other clients while serving me. Whenever she wanted me to lift my foot from water she will pull or push as required but did not even bother to look at me and ask me to lift my foot. I actually asked for manicure and pedicure but they only did pedicure and I didn’t bother to ask them for manicure seeing the kind of customer service they were providing. Never I will visit them again.

Terrible experience getting a pedicure here today. The lady doing my nails didn’t even cut or file them! She did a quick trim of my cuticles and then began painting. She also didn’t apply a top coat, just two coats of regular polish and then sprayed them with hairspray. I was in and out in 15 minutes and am extremely unhappy with the experience and the finished product. The store was also cramped and extremely busy, they are clearly rushing people through in order to take more people in. I wish I had read the other reviews before going to Pearl Nails as others have clearly had a similar experience to me.

$50 for a INFILL are you serious. i got plain white short nails infilled for $50 are you serious? go elsewhere. most places will charge you $50 for a full set. dont waste your money there not even good

Got pedicure and shellac done in under 30 mins which was a real rush. Had to ask the lady to file my nails and apply oil!

If I could give you 0 stars, I would. I asked the lady for a suggestion to match my colour of a picture i had on my phone she said sorry to many colours to choose from. I get that you had 30 min to serve me before you closed the doors. If you couldn't fit me in, just say so. You continued to rush the job and had a laugh as I asked youquestions around the colour speaking to your collegues in a different language.If you are going to operate a business, speak English its simple. You are lucky I didn't say anything to you then and there. PATHITIC service by your staff member Ann, no customer service skills not say my skin has shalac on it more than my nails do.

Just a terrible experience pedicure was so painful a cut toe and I felt like I was having my toe nails ripped off not cut . Absolute torture won’t be back

What an unprofessional and unethical shop i have been came across this evening. Shellac nails are peeled off within an hour. I have spent 65$ to my nails unfortunately I don’t get good customer service from them. I came this evening about my issues who works at the shop replied me I am busy not even ready to listen my issues. Too much discrimination in that shop. NSW Health can you please check that shop. Help the customers from them.
