However the team at GC worked tirelessly on their promise and overcame all hurdles to create a wonderful renovation for us.From the outset Owen, Matt and the office team were well organised. We were shown how to use the Coconstruct management software to keep a record of communications and to keep track of financials.Our onsite manager, Shaun, was excellent in every respect - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He ensured that all work was finished to a high standard and we were completely satisfied. No request was overlooked and any problems were dealt with in a calm and timely manner.Many people have visited our house and they all agree that the transformation is amazing. Our home has changed from a tired old semi into open spaces filled with light that new and expansive views.We are thankful to the Gardner family and all the tradesmen that worked on our project. Being novice renovators my husband and I were a bit wary of the whole process of renovating and were keen to avoid any stress. When all is done and dusted, you want to move into the home you had imagined in your mind's eye and be happy. I cannot thank and recommend Gardner Construction enough for delivering our dream home. They are true to their word with trying to make the client's vision come to life, being attentive to every detail. Their communication and involving the client through each stage of the build is unmatched. Everyone from the apprentice to the foreman, the office staff and the owners Owen and Matt themselves, are nothing but professional, courteous and friendly. They all work extremely hard (as our neighbours did attest), keep a tidy and safe worksite and are honest, lovely people. And despite our renovation being complete they have been back promptly to repair anything that is not up to standard. Gardner Construction did a full renovation on our house and they were amazing throughout the whole process. Owen, Matt, Shaun and Sarah were amazing throughout the build and we could not fault them.
