Myself and my daughter went in today to enquire about a fish tank for her eighth birthday, the young lady was so helpful and very pleasant and will definitely be back for her birthday in a couple of months time, compliments to the management.

Tried to call store for stock of Clown Pleco. Staff picked up the phone told me to come in store because she did not know what the fish were and did'nt even try to search it. She immediately let me know that the fish wasnt in stock and then I asked for when the fish will be available, she informed me that she needed to chat with the manager. But little did she know were I could hear her thru the phone, and 30s later she informed me again that the fish isnt available and then told me go to go into the store to check out the fish.But who would waste 1 hour drive to the store, back and forth without knowing your fish were available to pick up?

Best service instore. All the staff are very friendly especially Taylor. She is very patient and good with providing detailed explanations of different kind of pets. She guided us well and gave a detailed run down on how to set up the cage for the birds. We are very very happy with Taylors service.

Very wide variety of birds, fishes and many other animal equipment! Good to have a place where you can interact freely with the birds, rather than most other pet shops or zoo.If you dont have a fear for birds and want to be more up front and personal with them, this place is a definite must to visit!

very disappointed with the way they take care of the birds. and the lady with different coloured hair was ridiculous, extremely rude and gave the dirtiest looks, she seemed as though she couldn’t care less about the animals and their wellbeing.

We love going to waterlife for our fish and birds. We will not go anywhere else. Love dealing with Keely and Glenn, they are so helpful and will go above and beyond to help you out. My daughter loves visiting the baby birds and wants to walk out every time with a bird. We have purchased all our birds from there and of course with all the help from Keely and Glenn. Thank you so much for the great service and experience, definitely returning customers through and through

We had the worst experiences in this store. My daughter wants a tortoise so we came to this store 2 months ago and got told by the sale that we need to buy a tank if we want a tortoise from them.So we purchased a tank online which is specifically designed for turtles(it is the same size tank to the one they required. And it came in a package which includes all life support system in). And after a two month waiting, when we go back to the store today and try to finally get the tortoise with all the photos of the equipments they required. After the sale review the equipment, the manager demands their sale not to sell the tortoise by itself to us if we don’t buy several water neutralising chemicals and a UV light system from them (The reason that they give us is the UV globe that we have is 3.0. And the minimum requirement from them is 5.0, which is apparently the one they sell). During the entire process, they are trying their best to pick up on our equipment, recommend theirs and even tell us that buying those equipments is ‘compulsory’). From my perspective, it has nothing to do with the tortoise anymore, all they care about is to top up the value onto this one time shopping, cause they know that we’ll never come back. Apparently they’re right about this one.

i went there to get a fish at the start of the week but was told that i was unprepared and i had to condition the water for a week before getting the fish. i was then told that i needed to buy a filter as well, after being bombarded with information i bought everything, i then left feeling very overwhelmed. i then decided to just purchase a whole new tank (from somewhere else) that had the filter, heater and light already installed. i waited my week and conditioned my water so it was perfect for my future fish. i finally go back after a week to pick up my fish and return the chemicals/filter i didn’t end up using, the staff was not accommodating, they didn’t really want to give me a refund and all i received was nothing but attitude. i eventually got my refund as well as my fish but will most definitely not be going back.

Most of staff are really nice but some are really rude have no good customer service… it’s a “ ohh she loves her job” sort of thing
