Fantastic service! Carl was able to deliver breast pump to us pretty much same time as we got home from the hospital. Excellent service continued throughout hire period. Good clear communication, reliable and excellent small business. Would highly recommend!

doesn’t even deserve 1 star, more like -5 stars. Carl deliberately ignored my multiple email, voice message n sms requests for my receipts of payments for over 1 year!!! Only eventually send them to me when I told him I am going to lodged a complaint with ACCC for him breaking his lawful duty to customer. With no apology, he was rude and pathetic to make excuse that the reason he deliberately ignored my requests for receipts was because my child accidentally left drawing on the machine, which I already apologized to him during the time of service and was amicably resolved at the time. So how the hell did this became a valid reason for him to not issue lawful required receipts to me which he promised me at the beginning of the service ??? Absolutely ridiculous! New clients please beware!!!

Absolutely outstanding, Carl bent over backwards for me when our baby was born really sick. I rang late in the evening and he was happy to drive to the hospital to deliver the pump.I honestly cannot recommend this service highly enough.His communication was great and he didn’t miss a beat.Great Business.

I’ve used this service for 2 seperate babies and found it fantastic. The machine was the same as I used in hospital and they were in perfect condition. I found Carl very helpful and the rental cost very reasonable. It’s a wonderful service and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to boost their milk supply.

Great local business with good customer service and products. Pricing is very competitive, especially if you arrange for a pickup instead of delivery. Carl was a pleasure to deal with on all occasions, definitely highly recommended. Bang for buck hiring these pumps is amazing when you find out how much they cost to buy.

The hospital advised me a Medela Symphony would be best to continue with after using it in the hospital. My baby wouldn’t latch during breastfeeding and during COVID lockdowns it was almost impossible to get lactation support.I found Express at Home and the text communication suited me with new baby and Carl delivered the pump to our home the very next day!! Such an A1 fantastic service! I hired the pump for six months because it became so handy to pump and freeze spare milk once my baby was able to finally latch at around 8 weeks.The machine itself did have some software error issues however I was sent YouTube vids to help fix those which was great.If you are considering which pump to hire, I highly recommend the Medela Symphony and I recommend Express at Home even more so! I will definitely use them again in future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND dealing with Carl. I couldn’t recommend this more.Let me paint the picture.Had bub and was all over the place hormonally one Saturday arvo. In hospital. Called and left a msg about needing to hire a Medela Symphony pump as per hospital recommendation. Carl called me back and gave me my options. And then instead of waiting til the Monday when I was home, he kindly organized to meet hubby downstairs of hospital on the Sunday, and drop it off then so we could have pump with us as soon as we got home. He sent all relevant paperwork and correspondence. Carl made this daunting process so very easy. And let’s be honest. That’s what we need. Especially a first time mum with no clue.Fast forward afew days to where I realized I ordered pump with the wrong program option. Carl kindly organized to come to me and drop off the correct one. In fact he swapped the whole machine over. The service is grade A first class. I will never recommend any one else but Express@Home. Absolutely the best experience I could have hoped for. Do yourself a favour. Don’t try anyone else. These guys are so professional. And customer service is 15/10!!
