Lovely people and great service, but please look at your 'opening hours'. Opening for 3-4 hours on a Saturday so people who work can pick up their parcels would be HUGLEY apprecaited by the local community! Thank you :)

If someone is not available to take delivery during business hours, don't leave it for collection at an LPO which is only open during business hours. It solves nothing. There are other LPOs in the area to leave it. Update: the staff here are just fine to deal with. My only gripe is having to take time off work to collect something.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews as I think this Post Office is great. The young lady who works here is always courteous, friendly and helpful.Their opening hours did change during COVID times, which should be reflected on the delivery card - however I would fault the post man for not taking the time to cross this out on the pick-up slip as oppose to taking it out on the customer service people behind the counter.They do offer lockers for Post as well for those complaining that they can't make it from work due to the opening hours - so you can pick it up whenever you wish. Sign up for one.

This is the worst LPO! Don’t come! Hope it can be replaced asap! They messaged me to pick up from 9am to 5pm, but they actually close at 4pm. I tried to call but no one answered the phone! The reason they wanted me to pick up in person is because the parcel is large… I couldn’t understand what’s the job as a post! Only can deliver paper letters? That’s ridiculous! I don’t know how many male staff they have, but the man that I met is ridiculously rude! Don’t use their service! Hope this LPO can be permanently closed asap!!!

Staff a always friendly but you really need to improve your hours. No point sending a parcel here if people who work 9-5 M-F can’t collect it. Please either add either open one late night a week, trade for a few hours on Saturday or get after hours lockers.

Nice little post office, but let down by the opening hours. Only 9 to 5 and not open Saturdays makes it very hard to pick up any parcels you missed.

Worst customer service experience, a card was left at the door which says collect after 4pm, went to collect parcel at 4:30 it was closed, the girl was yelling something from behind the counter had no courtesy to come close to the door and explain why they are closed. All previous experiences were not good at all

Please review your weekend trading hours, some of the reasons people did not get parcel at their own home because people need to go to work from 9am to 5pm during weekdays and the only chance is weekend and that’s when your site is closed too. Very inconvenient.
