Massage therapist was running 15 minutes late, and then finished my one hour remedial massage 15 minutes early. The massage was definitely not remedial and worth the money. A very rude receptionist, Claire, was no help in remedying the situation.

These physios are all incredible and absolute lifesavers ! They actually do a proper exam with patient history and workup to diagnose the issue and then do the appropriate manual treatment and prescribe at home exercises to help resolve the problem. They have helped me tremendously in body breakdown situations multiple times, and every time they have been able to see me the same day. Annie helped me fix a problem that a different physio elsewhere completely misdiagnosed and mismanaged. Andy was also good when I saw him for a later issue. Heidi I saw most recently and she was just fantastic, a discomfort that I thought would go away with a quick massage turned out to be much more than that and she did an exceptional job at working out the problem, explaining it to me, and then forming a management plan. Appointment times are very manageable for full time workers, there is free easy parking, and the front of house staff are lovely. Worth the appointment cost, I highly recommend booking in here !

5 stars to Jack. He listened to where my pain was, took my history into account and fixed my neck in 20 minutes.I’d spent $100 on a different physio 3 days earlier who did nothing but assume from my pram and baby that it was a nursing injury. I wish I could transfer that money to Jack. 10/10

I had been in a minor car accident a week prior and had a lot of neck pain. I saw Tash and and 90% of the pain was relieved just after one session. She was really knowledgeable and kind, would highly recommend.

The absolute worst place I have ever been. I saw Craig Elliot for an initial consult for ongoing hip pain and he had the audacity to tell me that it is all my head. Would never recommend to anyone. Less than 0.
