I found Hot Yoga Studio when my life was crazy busy and my anxiety was through the roof. Walking into the studio immediately put me at ease and I knew from the vibe, that this was the place I needed to be.Ash and the other teachers are fantastic - warm and welcoming - and practicing yoga has been a welcome addition to my fitness and wellness.I would highly recommend Hot Yoga Studio to anyone that was looking for a yoga studio, with a great energy and a variety of classes

Ash Constance Hot Yoga
Ashlea Constance has been my teacher for the past 9 years. I have witnessed her development over that time into an internationally recognized teacher and practitioner. In my job I travel constantly and have the opportunity to experience many other teachers. My favorite is Ashlea. Her unique style and approach provide a feeling of peace and increased energy. I highly recommend Ashlea Constance Yoga.

Hot Yoga with Ash & her team is incredible. I have been practicing for a little over a year and loved every class, previously I really struggled with exercise and Ash has totally changed that. Such a warm and welcoming studio, would recommend it for everyone.

The most beautiful studio. All teachers are extremely knowledgeable, professional and are there to help and support you. Ash has made a such a beautiful tranquil space, very clean too. Each class is different which is great to experience all types of yoga teachings and the teachers putting their own spin on things to. Very positive, warm and accepting space. Love it. Ash’s yoga studio is incredible and she is very inspiring too!
