I am a tenant, I would say Garvey’s services are poor, holding up the bond repayment and tirLkt irresponsive. In additional, they booked in different kinds of services for the owner, such as smoke alarm check,ducted heating check etc, without notifying me properly or getting my consent , there was a day the smoke alarm guy knocked the door 7am in the morning woke up all my kids. I would expect as a professional agents, they shouldn’t only serve the owner well but please also be respectful to tenant.
