Not all cleaners are equal and when it comes to investment properties, the quality of cleaning between tenants is the difference between having a valuable asset and allowing an asset to deteriorate. A quality exit clean property between tenants means that a property manager like myself can maintain it in a good state and preserve the value of that asset for a longer term. Having used many exit cleaners, I can vouch for Cinderellas, they are ethical, knowledgeable and trustworthy and just get things done the right way.
