Superior quality to OEM and quick turn around on a high pressure power steering hose for Kia Sorento / Hyundai Santa Fe 2.2 CRDi, of which there wasn't a single one available in the country at the dealer or at the wreckers.There isn't even a known part number for it because it rarely busts, but got one made in 2hrs. Pirtek Wacol tried to charge me over $1100 for 30 metres of pressure washing hose and a few fittings which they fitted with their hydraulic pressI laughed at them and walked out.How Could you describe this sort of behaviour without resorting to phrases such as RIP OFF, PRICE GOUGING, HIGHWAY ROBBERY.IN FACT YOU COULD SAY IT IS BORDERLINE CRIMINAL.Got what I wanted from Hyperfluid for $270, hose fitted with their hydraulic press, SST fittings supplied.Hyperfluid supplied me top quality reinforced hose equivalent to the Pirtek Wacol Hose.I will prove this in any forum if you want to go on with it.I will make a formal written complaint to ASIC and to Pirtek HQ who should disenfranchise Pirtek Wacol.

Make sure that they can actually access the hose because they will still charge you $190 to tell you they can't do the job!!

Quick, professional service with plenty of stock on hand. Made what could have been a real chore easy, in and out within 10 mins.

Great job but the culture is terrible. Watch out for nem and his followers. Snakes in the grass. He appears friendly but is trying to get rid of people to secure management role. He's cycled through a lot of people without being caught out.

I got there at 7:30am to get a hose made for our forklift. Hose all done while I waited.

The guy's at Pirtek Wacol are fantastic, I've been there twice & each time has been a fantastic experience they can't help you enough & do all that they can to fix the couple of issues I've had immediately, always fairly/well priced to....

Inethical arrogant useless pack of antagonistic rip off merchants. Charged $100 for 2 brass fittings an a 30cm hose needless to say i didnt buy it an wont use them again
