T.K.Old Homes

This week my husband and I moved into our new T K Old home. Designed as our forever home we set out with an open plan concept in mind with some big ticket items incorporated into the build. T K Old has delivered us a home that can only be described as outstanding. It surpassed our expectations in quality of build and also presentation. The spotted gum flooring throughout the house is exceptional as to is the cedar alfresco ceiling. The retainer wall and exposed aggregate driveway and pathing completed our build perfectly and both were constructed to the highest levels of perfection.Throughout the build we were in constant contact with the office staff, Hazel and Lisa, and also the project managers, Adrian and Graeme. All parties to the build were very professional and welcoming. They were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.We would recommend T K Old enough to build your next home.Gail and Peter Williams

We had an exceptionally good experience with TK Old homes. From the beginning, during planning and selections all the way through to fixings and touch ups, the team has been professional and organised. During the build process the site foreman was always available for our queries and happy to come out to site to discuss. The build process was so smooth and organised, despite any Covid related delays. The quality of the finished build surpasses our expectations and we would not hesitate to use them again. Building with TK Old has been an incredible experience. From the office staff, on-site staff, tradies and suppliers, it has been ‘unbelievable.’ I have been affiliated with the building industry for most of my working life, and the thought of building my second home was daunting. My first home build (another builder) was nerve racking, so the thought of building again concerned me. However, this experience could not have been better. TK Old faced hurdles all along the way – weather, building through Covid, lock downs and material shortages, it was not a good time to build. However, TK Old over came all difficulties and now I have a dream home which has exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend TK Old, and have to say, if you are considering another builder, do it at your own peril. You will not get a better house, or a better builder than with TK Old. We are proud owners of our new home built by T.K Homes. From the onset of planning to lock up stage and beyond, we could not fault during this process. No job too small; always willing to answer our questions in a way that was not too stressful for us. We are nearing completion of our quality built T K Old home. During a time of so much uncertainly and hardship within the building industry, T K Old have progressed our build to the highest of standards. Their choice of trades have been beyond expectations and as I wander through our newly developed estate I’m constantly rewarded as other trade builders speak so highly of T K Old homes and their respective trade people.
