My experience with my Coach Amanda has been the most support I have ever received in my life and I am so grateful that I met her when I first tentatively and very nervously walked through the front doors of Help at Bellara. She continues to help me with getting the right business clothes for interviews, and supports my emotional well being when I am depressed and don't think that I am needed anymore. She is more to me than just a employee behind a desk, she is empathic, kind and oh so tolerant of my usually bouncy, happy, slightly out there sense of humour and me just being me. She is a true friend to me. Help has supported me through two temporary job assignments, they don't just help get the jobs they are there for you caring about how you are coping and how you are being treated at work. A big shout out to Shannon too! What a wonderfully warm and helpful person Shannon is, she has only met me over the phone and also was not only supportive when I needed fuel to go to interviews she even survived me having a rant about some random family issues. Ooops apologies for that one Shannon but greatly appreciated. I cannot praise this organisation enough nor my two lovely ladies who are my angels in disguise. The work like demons though on your behalf. I have found my dignity again and am walking taller, feeling worthwhile and ready again to plunge into the job market knowing I am valued! Also thanks to Sally for getting me organised with sending in my payslips, she was always lovely to me, and put up with my sometimes tardy replies, but always with good grace. They are called HELP Employment for good reason, if you need HELP they are there for you. Call them, you will be surprised!

The team at HELP Bellara have been extremely helpful as I have suffered depression and find it sometimes hard to come to appointments and work towards my goal of finding employment. The team are always willing to go above and beyond to assist me in working towards a better life. The team are an amazing bunch.

I am very happy with the assistance that Julie as provided to me in gaining a job that I am really enjoying. Julie identified business that suited my abilities and took me around to speak to employers and drop off resumes. Once I gained an interview I was driven to the business and given a pep take on the way. I was provided assistance to allow me to get to may new job for the first few days. Help contacted me on a regular basis to make sure that everything was going okay and that there was nothing that I needed. I am very happy that I am working and learning new skills. I have learned to learned to drive tractors and identifying plants. Thank you HELP Bellara and Julie

Julie B at Help Bellara has been such a brilliant help for me. She has 'dragged me out of the deep pit I was in to a place where I am now studying and feel I can actually get back into the workforce again. Julie has been caring and resourceful with a focus on my needs and I am very thankful to her for this! She is the real deal. Thankyou so much Julie.

Amanda at help employment in the bellara office is amazing, she's so kind and amazing, shes so understanding and really helps me with everything, she got me new clothes and put money on my go card and gave me heaps of life advice, she gets everything sorted really quickly and is really supportive, thanks to her I feel better about my job and less pressured to have a job in a good way

Special thanks to Natalie at HELP Employment for spending the time to take me out and help me with Cold Calling which resulted in the job I have always wanted to do - Truck Driving. HELP assisted me with paying for some Truck Lessons as a refresher to get back into the swing of things which has helped a lot in my new role. VERY GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING !!! Natalie supported me in getting out there and getting comfortable with cold calling which really helped me secure this role.

Many moons ago I was a number. Being passed from agency to agency. I was very bitter towards job search agencies until I was moved to Help employment Bellara. They welcomed me and took me on baggage and all. With all my barriers they have taken the time to work with me and help me get to where I today! Yes they maybe paid to to do a job. But the staff a the Bellara Branch have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help in any way they could. From fixing my car. Supporting me in starting my own business. Helping me move into my first house. Taking me to get bond loans. The list honestly goes on and on. They have found me a casual job in the industry I wanted. With great staff. And I can take my dog to work with me every day. They have taken time to pick me up and take me to work and bring me home daily while my car was in the shop. They care. They are always just a call or text away. It's amazing to have them in my corner. I've never had that. And I couldn't be more thankful. Especially to the branch leader. Thank you! You truly are an amazing wonderful person. With a bloody great team!Selena x

Throughout my time dealing with Jules, Amanda and Julie they have all been incredibly helpful and supportive. They have helped me regain my confidence to re-enter the workforce and be gainfully employed. I highly recommend Help Employment and all the staff there.

Natalie has helped me so much, as I have been out of the workforce for some time and lost confidence in myself. With some help to dress appropriately, and a little training of how to conduct myself and understand what employers expect, I gained confidence attending interviews and have finally landed a great position. I truly appreciate the aid and understanding from all of the team at HELP Employment Bellara. They’ve all been amazing. :-)
