I have been shopping at Chemist Warehouse in Ellenbrook for a while, but my recent experience has been highly disappointing. I purchased an ORALB Aquacare4 in April, and it stopped working only two weeks later.When I returned to the store seeking a refund, I was told by the retail manager, Nishit, to contact the manufacturer directly. This contradicts the store’s own return policy, which states that they provide refunds for faulty products. My request for a copy of my receipt was initially denied, and was only begrudgingly fulfilled after I insisted.Despite submitting a formal complaint through their website, I have received no response from the company. The lack of customer care, especially when dealing with faulty products, is disappointing from a reputable establishment like Chemist Warehouse.I sincerely hope that my complaint will be acknowledged and resolved. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be left with no option but to bring this matter to the attention of the consumer protection agency.Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

floor staff is relatively nice, some super helpful whilst others prove to do nothing and just stand around aimlessly. Store seems quite understaffed and pharmacists are slow and unhelpful.

Had the best experience at chemist warehouse Ellenbrook today. A worker named Ryan helped me around the store to find the many products I had to get. He was very nice and welcoming, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Ryan for the good experience

My husband went in and asked for some over the counter medication for myself he told the girl on the counter what was wrong and asked what they had available and she said she would speak to the pharmacist - came back said they have nothing and go see your doc. Had appointment with doctor over the phone and he said he'll send me an escript with what I need go to another local chemist in the area and what do you know it's not a prescription it's an over the counter medication.I understand your store is new to the area and are possibly still finding your feet but staff need to be trained in what is available when people come in.

I would like to thank the pharmacy staff at Chemist WarehouseI walked in yesterday, completely overwhelmed and not only did they help me with my script. When I picked up my medication, they had left a sticky note to let me know, if I needed to chat about my medication or anything else, just give them a call.They went over and above what I would have expected.I would give you 20 stars if I could.You clearly picked up that I was distressedThank you

Very beautiful store. Pharmacy is great always helpful and will never let you down as well as always lookout for patients, always letting me know that I could pay less for the same medication under the “Sandoz” brand. Really great app system where I can just order the medication a day before I come in and it’s ready, and I am in and out especially when I’m in a rush. The prescription drop off and collect is so efficient where I am messaged when the medication is ready for pick up, and scripts are done within minutes so you don’t have to wait like the other pharmacies. Highly recommend this pharmacy over other pharmacies!!!!

Went in for a small bottle of chlorsig eye ointment. I needed it for my ear which is what my doctor had RECOMMENDED ME to use. I have purchased this product multiple times before at different chemist warehouses with NO prescription needed. I needed a refill so I went in to the back because they keep it over the counter. A young girl approaches me and isn’t sure what product I’m talking about so she gets an older lady who asks me what I’ll be using it for. I told her my doctor recommended it to me and that I’ve had it before for my ear and it’s worked. She proceeds to look at my ear with a disgusted look then say to my face that she can’t give it to me because I need a prescription for this item? My doctor had told me I didn’t need one plus I’ve purchased it before and looked it up and all the sources said I didn’t need one. After explaining I’ve purchased it before she continues to say I’ll have to book a doctors appointment and get a prescription to obtain it? I needed it badly and didn’t have time to do all of that. I was upset and tearing up while looking around after a bit I decided to ask another employee to confirm I needed a prescription before I went to all the effort and money to book a doctors appointment and she went and grabbed it for me STRAIGHT AWAY. So this other lady LIED TO ME and would’ve made me waste time fuel and money to get a prescription when I didn’t need one. I felt she was targeting me and discriminating me personally whilst lying that I needed one. Refuse me service? Sure. But LIE to a someone is messed up. Was so upset afterwards dont recommend.

Pharmacists wouldn't give me a eye drops that are meant for my cat (which saves me $$) that are over the counter saying I needed to get a prescription. Never had a problem at any pharmacy including other chemist warehouses until Ellenbrook. One girl had no idea what she was doing.

Pharmacists are really bad and slow, taken more than 1 hour to do one prescription. And rude to customers too. Lying too, really disappointingBetter put some good people to new store.

For the young girl who has a beautiful smile that helped me find the Lady Jayne scalp brush tonight, sorry I forgot to ask your name, I wanted to thank you for your help and taking time climb up and down the ladder to find the product I's looking for.Very pleasant experience, I will be back to this store without a doubt.
