Anna made the process very quick and easy. Literally took 5 mins to get my prescription filled. I only wanted some cheap glasses for driving and she didn’t try and push me to to buy more expensive options.

Staff are very friendly and nice to deal with, and staff I have interacted have had some experience with more complex eye cases such as mine, also Eric is a great and thorough optometrist who goes above and beyond to examine the eye, explain eye health and provide patient-centred care.

Went in as a pair of sunglasses I'd purchased from another Specsavers store seemed to have the incorrect prescription. Thien helped me out, though I hadn't originally purchased from the Marrickville store, figuring out that the left and right lenses had been put in the wrong spots. Also helped fit them better as they were too loose. Super helpful and generous with his time.

When I ordered replacement lenses for my frames (which were in perfect conition and only a few months old), I was told that it would be more expensive than buying new frames with the replacement lenses. This is a crazy and wasteful business model. Do you inflate the price of lenses if they are orderd for existing frames?In future, I'll be checking out other optometrists with more rational price structures.
