I've been bringing my suits here for years and they do an exceptional service. The staff are super friendly, and even remember my name and clothes haha. The turnaround on alterations is super quick.

Deluxe Dry Cleaners did a fantastic job in dry cleaning my wedding gown. I found their voucher on Groupon and these guys went beyond and above my expectations. All the blue and yellow stains have been removed. They are experts in handling delicate fabric. The nice owner from the shop even gave me a complimentary dress press and a box to store the wedding dress. It looks like brand new now :)

I've read your response re Westfield management terminating your lease without notice but that doesn't explain why you are no longer open on weekends. I used your services because of (a) the proximity to the station and (b) because you were also open weekends, as I work in the city and I'm never able to get home before you shut at 5:25pm during the week. How am I supposed to collect my current load now when I am not in Parramatta from Monday to Friday? Unless you plan to open on the weekends I will have to find another drycleaning service.

Best Dry cleaners in Parramatta area . The lady running the front counter is the most efficient and always so friendly and helpful. And the tailor there is so quick and reliable, no job is too big for him, plus there turn around time is great .. There prices are unbeatable for dry cleaning and tailoring...

Been going here for a while and its been good but then they broke my trouser zippers, one had the entire zipper handle ripped off. They tried to initially defend and say it wasn't their fault! Then she said she didn't know why, then when they fixed it she said it was something wrong with the machine but it wasn't their fault, it was the machines fault!! No apology nothing.

I have been using Deluxe Drycleaners for at least 3 years now and have never been disappointed. Dolly and the Service team have been very professional and the timeliness and quality of the service is the reason why I return. The option of a tailor in-house who is able to meet my very short notice request at times has been remarkable. His workmanship has been really good. In my very fast pace life , it makes such a difference to have a delivery of service with such ease and people who care. Thank You Dolly and team !

I have been a customer for couple of years now and I never had any issues with them. They always prepare my orders on time, the staff and manager are very nice friendly treat their customers very nicely. I highly recommend this place. They're good at removing stains and I like how they press shirts and suits, everything comes out crisp. They can even get out red wine stains out of dress shirts that have been sitting there for a couple of days. I trust them with my dry cleaning even with my expensive designer clothes! I am very satisfied with their services. They are also great for alterations! The quality of the workmanship is extremely high - you can leave your precious garments here in confidence.

Man i got my jacket ruined-And such a bad service.Worst experience! There are tons of dry cleaner shops out there n we ve been going back there only bc theowner was nice- well never going back and never wanna get my clothes ruined!
