My partner and I were looking for a new rental home, dealing with other agencies was a nightmare! Then we viewed a house through Casey Winter real estate and words can not describe how pleasant it has been dealing with Virginia and Janine. Virginia took us through our new home for the first time and she was very friendly and quickly gained an understanding in what we were looking for, she also gave us time and space to get a feel for the home which made a big difference. All communication we had with Casey Winter real estate was wonderful and welcoming especially considering a lot of the time it was after hours yet it did not bother Virginia or Janine. The office smelt amazing and when I met Janine we joked, shared stories but at the end of the day she was clear in what is expected by signing the lease agreement. In the past we have had some bad property managers and consequently some bad tenants. Then we changed to Casey Winter. Wow, what a difference. Our property is inspected regularly, we get lots of photos every time so we can see how the place looks. Our tenants are very carefully selected and we have had some wonderful people in there. They keep the place very nicely, even the garden is well maintained. The staff at Casey Winter are always available, always friendly and very professional. Moving to Casey Winter was the best thing we could have done. We are very happy with them and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing a good property management team

This company changed their names from Casey Winter Real Estate to the new one.I regret trusting these agents to rent out my property. End of lease my property changed from hero to zero. Then they left the tenant for free. Bond refunded 100%. If you want your investment property ruined here is the best option.
