PLEASE READ they will befriend you until they get your money!!Came across this circus(Ray White Commercial) after they came around door knocking. Admittedly, they originally sold my property for a great price but...How was i to know a 60 day unconditional contract actually went for 5 months with conditions.Settlement date continued to change, the buyer adding condition after condition to a point i almost called the sale off... until Sam Hoy turned to me and said, i have worked so hard to get this deal(dozen phone calls, 4-5 meetings), i'm going on holidays in 2 weeks, i don't care i get my commission anyway. All 150k, keep in mind this was after Sam Hoy and Michael Shadforth paid me a visit, questioning the integrity of the purchaser, reminding me of the potential of losing the sale, then manipulating me with stats and figures assuring me that if i offer 12 month rent guarantee for the purchaser, the property won't be vacant for long. 8 months after settlement, another 80k down, i find out firstly, Michael overpaid the purchaser rent and told me to sort it out with them, but secondly he has a ongoing relationship with the purchaser.So much more to add and can prove the above nightmare dont hesitate to email me to discuss andrewaffordable01@gmail,com
