We were very impressed with service. Nice and helpful on the phone and in person, knowledgeable. Picked up from our car and lifted for us easily and did the same thing returning our 70’s gas heater and repaired it and would not charge if not able to be fixed and we forgot about it for two months and service included cleaning and instruction at cheap price. Very friendly, nice, knowledgeable and helpful, definitely recommend

Chris from Living Gas was super helpful. I called up fairly clueless about the continuous gas hot water system we've found ourselves with. He diagnosed over the phone, and sorted it out. Could've easily upsold us, but was just friendly and gave good advice.Updating this: around a month after I left the original review, a part on my system finally gave up, and I needed more than a phone call. It turns out my system is a rare one. Chris and his technicians went to great effort to source the replacement parts, and got it going again, saving me from a pretty costly replacement of the entire system. Felt like I got top service from these guys all round.

Chris was great. He let me know that they were busy and how long I should expect before he could take a look at our heater. He called me right on time and let me know what would be needed to get our heater back up and running. I really appreciated how timely and knowledgeable Chris was. Highly recommended!

We paid for a gas fireplace repair by Living gas, however it wasn't fixed properly and the fireplace stopped working again shortly after. When I contacted Chris he suggested and he'll get back to me. Except he never did. Multiple attempts following him up yielded the same empty promises. Eventually we gave up. He was happy to take our money though. Lazy, unprofessional and irresponsible. Do a poor job, get paid then ghost the customer. Utterly disgraceful. Good luck to anyone who uses this company.

Great customer service and had our heater fixed within 3 days

Jake was fantastic!I got quotes from 3 other plumbers who all told me to replace my gas water heater for around $3,000. I even had someone attend my property and they said they couldn't fix it.Just as I was about to front up for a new water heater, I emailed Living Gas hoping that they would have a different view. Jake called me in the morning and fixed it before lunchtime. Brilliant service and they'll be front of mind if I ever need their services again.
