We could not speak more highly of Craig and his team. We drove in to Bridgestone from Sydney late on a Friday afternoon with a screw and a rip in our tyre. Where another tyre shop down the road sent us away with no solution, Craig worked so hard to assist us, regardless of the time and regardless of how busy he was. His care and understanding of our predicament was exemplary and we are so very grateful.

Good, efficient service. Nothing flashy or extra, but a decent honest mechanic. There was a miscommunication about the type of service I wanted, but they sorted it out quickly anyway. I'll come back.

Very poor service. Took an age, which i could live with as mistakes happen, but then heard my car (which does have a turbo etc) being thrashed off on road test and had to put up with mansplaining about sports exhausts sounding like that". Yeah

Unrealisable and poor customer service.The staff including the store manager Craig white use inappropriate language with customers and do not have the skill to resolve issues with manner.Last year i took my car for general inspection (road worthy) and they completely miss informed me about the issue, i took the car to Hyundai at the end and they told me their assessment was completely incorrect.Recent experience:I had issues with my brand new tyres (installed less than a week) and they did nothing to assist me rectifying the issue.First and last time with this store.Don’t recommend them at all. Completely destroying the company’s reputation.

Service like trash! Very rude and disrespectful ! Because I am an foreigner and could not follow the professional words. The mechanism Adam talked to me with meanest attitude . And quote unbelievable high amount try to make me purchase the service in their shop. What Adam suggested to replace the parts of my car which are all function well and didn’t even try to look at the real problem. Just want to earn your money and treat you like a fool.
