Regatta Constructions Pty Ltd

After years of faithful service to Regatta constructions as a subcontractor, I thought they were one of the good ones to work for. However out of the blue, they have stopped taking calls and completely gone missing after owing my company almost $15,000 with no communication whatsoever. Some invoices are due over 176 days ago. With the construction industry the way it is, you just cant afford to work for builders who conduct themselves in this sort of manner. Beware as both a client or a subcontractor. If they can't make payment of their invoices on time they are trading while insolvent and may just abandon your job half way through with no warning like they did to me.
