Use to be a family chemist. Now money rules. After 30 years of going to this chemist, because of rude staff - Jasmine. I was treated with. No respect over my bill of $17 in front of other customers

Heads up for anyone who has a member in a nursing home, recently my parents were put into a care facility and their bill for scripts and medication was rather high. We requested a print out of their meds and the prices and low and behold the chemist was ripping dad off big time, one of his scripts should of been $6 ( the first script was ) the next 3 scripts he was charged just over $100 per script. They are trying to use every excuse in the book to not pay it back. Now they are saying “. How can they pay the money back to a man who is dead ( dad passed away May 6th this year ) how many other chemists are scamming patients who don’t have the means to check their chemist bills, also this particular chemist is charging more for off the shelf medication for nursing home patients than people who walk in off the street. It’s disgusting!!!!

Fantastic service! Highly recommended. I recently started going to the Illawarra Cannabis Clinic next door to Cincotta Warrawong. My experience has been outstanding. I get my prescriptions for medical cannabis filled at this chemist on the same day. It’s been so easy to just get it all done at once. See my Doctor and literally have my medicine done within 30 mins, without having to leave the complex all within meters of each other. They also have compounding medicine, which saves me a trip to Wollongong. It’s also way cheaper than the other pharmacy I used to go to! If you’re in need of a pharmacy who cares about you (old school family service) and price matters! SEE CINCOTTA WARRAWONG! I don't know what your problems are with me. I only buy and don't make a fuss and issue. I'm not afraid of your hating name calling you hater.

I would give it a negative 5 if it would allow me. Always waiting long times to get medication done. On a number of times I have counted over 10 people putting their prescriptions in 10 minutes or more after mine & then leaving 30 minutes or more before me. I have waited 1 hour & 40 minutes one time. The pharmacists are so rude in the way that they talk to me that other customers have came up to me to ask why they are doing so. I’m glad that I don’t have to go there anymore & would advise others not to go there.This is true & correct, I have video evidence of a number of times that I have been. I started videoing visits because of how I was being treated. So don’t accuse me of lying or I can upload them to a public online site to show that it is all true & correct.

I had to make a complaint on Fair Trade to try to get my item returned. They keep saying that it was a change of mind and they can't return it when if fact the item I bough was not what I needed and I bought it relying on the pharmacist's advice. Be very careful when you buy something expensive in this store, they might try to find an excuse to do not to accept return and you will end up losing you money!
