Ben came today to look at my gushing Miele washing machine and cheerfully levelled my dryer after fixing the washing machine. He then changed a light globe in my Smeg oven on the way out . I only waited 1/2 day after booking which I though was very prompt service and he was punctual. Very happy with his service and telephone booker was very helpful.

Excellent service on a warranty call out. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Fixed an issue than someone else couldn't give us the time and day to address. Many thanks to the 2 team members for today's top efforts!

Absolutely shocking business to deal with. Poor quality work leaving damage and errors. Then became impossible to have a discussion with the manager who was always busy" and not interested in seeing the damage that his workers caused. Let alone wanting to come to an agreement about the excessive bill I was then charged. Would not recommend."

I am really disappointed with the lady on the phone, she was rude, unhelpful, disappointing. I have been a regular customer for years. Did not offer any positive advice, or support. Poor service.

My oven was taken and replace at a time that was not agreed on which meant I was at work and my eldest was at home and not to his knowledge that my grand mother's biscuit trays were in the oven to find out they had been taken with the oven and destroyed, I will never allow them in my house again.

We sought advice from GJs on a specific heater for our 100 year old house. Matt assessed the situation and gave us options. His team installed the new heater and we couldn't be happier. The service was friendly, prompt and very efficient.

GJ Appliance and Electrical Service appear to be the true value solar support people in Tasmania. Had inverter show no power. Contacted true value, informed them of fault and that possibly isolator (switch near panels) or inverter itself was the problem. Ten weeks later, G J turn up with new replacement inverter. They check isolator and find it's burnt out. They replace it, power up and the original inverter powers up and all appears fine. A few days later I come home and find they have replaced the inverter while I was out with a second hand scratched one. Why? No idea. So I phone G J and then I get a call from true value asking if they can swap it back and I say yes. Then... nothing. They don't turn up.
