Absolute legendary customer service. The vehicle batteries and sealed lead acid batteries we buy for our business and customers are always top notch and more importantly these guys always have plenty of stock on hand.The main reason we use Independent Batteries is if we do ever encounter an issue, we are just honest with the way we use the batteries and they always have our back, which is awesome to say the least. Service was very slow and lacking in training. Supervisors need to take the time and train their installers in the correct use of tools and installation process this would help the sales person and the customers greatly

Provided information and conducted a load test on the in car battery and fixed us up with a New battery at a great price.** Professional service, freindly manner and provided the right information and backed it up with a good price!!
