Monica from your store is such an asset to the Pandora team!! She is super friendly, helpful and kind especially today when it was super busy and chaotic. Was at this shop for the xmas promo and after selected the items i needed i was told and i did read that its 1 free bangle per customer if u purchase over a certain price which i am fine with and since there were 2 of us we should count as 2 customers. Anyways as i proceeded to pay i was told that i either had to pay 2 different cards or 1 cash and 1 card so i did pay this 1st one by card and i went to get cash out and as i returned to the store which is the space of 1 minute to the same sales lady, instead of letting me pay she made me wait in line after she served other customers in which they were still selecting items, however my items were already selected and at the counter. It would of taken2 minutes to pay and she could go back to her customer. I work in retail myself and i know customer service and she was bad at it and her attitude wasnt very good too. Pity she let all the other staff down. Not coming here to shop again, well her anyways

Every time I walk into this store, I leave as a very happy customer. Felicity (salesperson) is very helpful and has served me on a few occasions I have made purchases. Excellent service overall!

I visited the Innaloo store on Sat Feb 4th 2023, at about 4:55 pm with a general enquiry about ring sizing. I figured it’d only take a second so I’d be out in time for them to close at 5pm.I saw there were two staff members on, (one younger dark hair and with glasses and one a little older and with long wavy brown hair) serving two customers already. I thought perhaps I’d just come back another day as I did not want to hold the staff up from closing on time.After a few minutes of waiting, I was greeted by the lovely lady with wavy hair who not only answered my question happily but also offered to size me even though it was now going to be past 5pm. She insisted, even when I suggested it was certainly no issue for me to come back another day.She also politely told the original customer she was serving (who came back in the store again after leaving) that she’d have to wait to be served as she was now currently helping me.I was so very appreciative of her spending her precious spare time staying back and helping me and prioritizing me in that moment.Because your staff member was so helpful and attentive I ended up buying a few different sets of jewelry, to take advantage of a special deal she had informed me about. Again, all the while staying back well past 5pm.Being a manager in customer service myself, it was so refreshing to have someone go above and beyond with their service to please a customer. Staff like this as extremely hard to find and I really wanted to pass on this feedback. I have shopped here before and always had good service but this was amazing service. To that particular staff member: (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) but thank you so much for providing me with a fantastic experience, you are an asset to Pandora and I will definitely be coming back again soon. The four stars for Pandora, and five stars for you.

I visited Pandora Innaloo this morning and got served by the lovely Monica. She had a warm and bubbly nature. She was very helpful with assisting me with my return and my new ring purchase. Left the store smiling and can’t wait to stop by again soon :)

I went there yesterday and omg, Yvone did such an amazing job! I am so happy with the customer service, she is friendly, lovely, the way she talks to customers is just amazing. She is also thoughtful about everything. The best experience Ive ever had.
