When I first contacted TFC, I didn't expect them to get back to me until a few days after. I must say I was pleasantly surprised to see Ty the company director replying to me directly. Not only was he professional and very quick to respond but I was also impressed on how he took his time to understand our needs and personalise the service to suit us, which is something I've never seen in this industry. I would most definitely be using TFC for all my fire and safety compliance services from now on. Keep it up guys!
