I just want to say thank you to The flower Heart co , I waited a year for my birthday to have this and she is beautiful to work with. My 21 flowers were absolutely stunning and you can see her hard work in the flowers because they look so real ! I loved it ! She Responds so quickly and fast to organise -l Can’t wait to order again ! Her team and her are amazing thank you to the team who helped to make my 21 amazing !

The flowers were absolutely amazing! Great customer service and definitely a pleasure to hire from. Misel was easy to contact and replied so fast! Everyone loved the flowers, so many photos were taken with them, they tied in beautifully with my party! would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience with the business and owner Kate.Good communication, good price, on time delivery, very flexible - completely happy! Highly recommend these guys. Floral letters really added a zing to the event, it was my daughter's 10 birthday party, so got SAM 10 and all the guest loved it, totally lifted the look of the event.

I usually do not write up reviews but am doing this as I had an amazing experience dealing with Misel and her business throughout my event planning process. She has always replied to all my queries in a timely fashion - whether they were through calls or text messages. The flowers were beautiful and nicely set up, and Misel is an expert with fairy lights. Would highly recommend the Flower Heart Co for anyone who has a function coming up and in need of some nice decorations.

I had the midnight range for my 21st this weekend, to say I was so happy is an understatement! Misel was amazing and so easy to get in contact with. The floral arrangement looked incredible and truely made a statement in the venue. Misel was on time and he floral numbers were already set up before I even arrived! I felt extremely looked after as she was very accomodating and really tried to make things easier for me for my birthday, she is the best! Highly recommend! Thanks Misel xx
