Not overly impressed with the customer service my sister and I got when we came in to buy fish. We were treated like we didn't know what we were doing and then were refused any fish at all. Has happened twice now with the same worker. Is very off putting

Up there with the best, the staff are beautifully friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store itself is kept immaculate, the animals are well looked after and really sociable, which shows the staff are honestly looking after everything in store with love and care. Highly recommend.

Big store with lots of options for all pets. Staff have always been very friendly and knowledgeable, they don't just push the most expensive brand onto you and actually listen to your questions and offer helpful advice.I got a bit excited when I saw Zora the Macaw!

At 1st was taken back by how much my dog food had gone up in $$$ as other family members had been purchasing it for a while, but was happy with the price match of another store. Always good service
