Jay moved mountains to get his staff to quote and start the job asap. A superb job throughout, sanding and polishing floors. Jay and his team have worked magic on my boards. No request was to much trouble and he was happy to work around my build schedule and took the time required to produce an A1 job.He relayed 60 year old recycled Vic Ash boards and the results are perfection. He also installed solid Black Butt feature grade and took the time to lay the boards to best display the feature, fill, sand and coat.The quality of Jay's work speaks for its self!

JConcepts were a great team that were easy to work with, turned up when they said they would and completed the installation or Tassie Oak floor for 100 square metres. Grant, Keith and the boys were meticulous in measuring things up to make it fit nicely down the hall and then took 2 and a half days to finish it.
